Day 4. Wednesday

1. today i had a carton of orange juice and a protein bar for breakfast. for lunch i had two juiceboxes a peanut butter sandwich, some chips, and a fruit roll up. i had a powerade at school. before the gym i had a banana after the gym i had a protein shake. for dinner i had spaghetti and meatballs with a cup of milk.  i also had 4 bottles of water and a couple cups of water at the gym. i used gas to get to and from school and the gym. i used my computer for this post, and my phone to make a few calls and texts. i spent 3$ on some powerades for me and my friend this morning. i showered once and brushed my teeth twice.

2. i reduced my use of water because i only showered once when i usually shower twice every day. i reduced my electricity use because i  continued turning lights off when im not in the room. i also watched very little tv because i had a busy day today so i didnt have much time to.

3. i think i can continue with the turning lights off because its pretty easy and it can help the environment. i will try to only shower once a day but i make no promises. i am going to try to not watch tv as much because it helps out with not just this projeect but i feel much more productive when i dont watch it. i didnt use facebook or twitter all day which im going to try to make a permanent thing because facebook is for the birds.

4. looking at my feed i just see things about the internet being censored and not anything to do with this project so i really have nothing to respond to this today.

Day 3. Tuesday

1. today for  breakfast i had: a bowl of cheerios with milk and a carton of orange juice. for lunch: a peanut butter sandwich, a fruit roll up, a bag of chips, and two juice boxes. for dinner: a buffalo chicken sub with some fries and a bottle of water. then i had a couple bottles of water at school and a bottle of pepsi while i tutored. the only gas used was to go to school and to go home from school and tutoring. i used electricity to do this post, liste to my ipod in the car and to research while teaching kids to be smart. i had lights on iin my house but turned them off when i left the room. i watched tv for just a little while before i went to bed.

2. i cut down on my electricity use because i usually leave the lights on in my house but i turned them off today. i didnt use facebook which is easy to do because facebook is weak now. i reduced my use of twwitter to just checking it twice through the day. i didnt spend any money which is easy and i like not wasting all my money now.i usually listen to my ipod when i do homework but today i decided not to which reduced my electricity. i didnt watch much tv

3. i can see myself staying off of facebook because its boring these days. i enjoy the not spending all my money so iwill probably try to stay keeping all my money. the electricity reduction was rather easy so i am going to try hard to keep turning the lights off. not watching tv is easier now because im busy everyday after school monday tuesday and wednesday but hursday and friday will prove to be the real test,

4. reading other peoples posts shows that all of these things that im doing are also being done by many other people. and that it is possible to change my daily routine without much problems because many other people already have. it also motivates me to try  harder because everyone else is.

Day 2 (Monday)

1 for breakfast I had a carton of orange juice and that was it. For lunch I had a peanut butter sandwich and some chips and 2 juiceboxes. Then for dinner I had chicken an rice and a bottle of water. I had two bottles of water in school and two more when I got home. Then I had a few cups of water at the gym and a protein shake And I didn’t spend any money all day. I showered in the morning and before I went to bed

2. Today I reduced my use of television because I didn’t watch any today. Then I reduced my use of other electronics because I only used my phone when it was necessary. I didn’t use Facebook or twitter. I didnt Drive anywhere.

3. I can see myself continuing to not use my Facebook but eventually I’m going to need to buy stuff and spend money. I would have watched tv but I was in bed at 830 so I didn’t have time.

4. My classmates on my feed affected me in an inimaginable way. Thy showed me how much people are tryingon this project and made me try harder.

Day 1 Sunday

1 Today i consumed not much. i woke up too late for breakfast so i had a cup of orange juice and an iced coffee. then i showered. then for lunch i had a a grilled cheese with bacon and a bottle of water.  then i had roast beef for dinner and some carrots and mashed potatoes. with dinner i had a glass of water. i had a couple more bottles of water throughout the day when i was thirsty.

2 today i reduced my use of tv because i woke up and watched nfl sunday countdown but then turned off the tv for the rest of the day. of course it will goback on for the patriots game because thats what i do. then i havent left my house all day except for when i went down the street to get my coffee. i didnt use the twitter or the facebook all day. the biggest reduction today was not watching football all day. i usually watch football from 1-when i go to bed but i didnt watch any today

3 i could see myself just drinking water all day because i usually do that anyways but i definitely dont think i would be able to not watch tv at all. also i can easily not use facebook all day because i usually dont use it anyways but twitters a different story. i didnt really use my phone much which i can do as log as im not bored.
